Position Summary:  We are looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join our Human Resources team who will under general supervision; plan, manage, and coordinate the entire recruitment lifecycle of vacant and new positions in the agency.

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

Collaborates with department directors and managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate hiring plans, criteria & expectations.  Responsible for understanding the job posting and advertisement requirements to ensure recruitment goals are met.  Identifies effective avenues for outreach. Ensures job postings are "fresh", easily accessible and accurate on all identified recruitment platforms. Researches, recommends and advocates for new and innovative best practice recruiting methods and strategies based on the position, industry standards, and the needs of the agency.
