UC Health is hiring a full time Talent Acquisition Operations Manager Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will have responsibility for leading and managing a quality focused talent acquisition model to acquire people resources for UC Health. This person will develop and utilize statistically rigorous and quantitative methods of analysis that yield actionable intelligence necessary to assess and improve the workforce capacity, engagement, and performance. The manager will drive impact by leveraging data, tools, technology, and market insights/best practices to meet the talent needs of an academic health care system in alignment with the UC Health goals and objectives. Manage day to day operations, budgets, and oversight of the internal and contract recruiters to create a steady pipeline of potential talent and ensure that the organization is being recognized as an employer of choice among preferred candidates.

Clear understanding and ability to lead the full cycle recruitment process which includes sourcing, job description review, interviewing, compensation discussions, and training on Talent Acquisition processes.
